We are proud to announce the launch of the new company branding as part of the ongoing evolution of our company’s brand.
Our business has grown and evolved over the years and we felt it was time for a change. Thus, we have refreshed our full brand identity to reflect who we are today and to symbolise our future.
After careful consideration, we chose to alter our name to reflect a modern look and capture our mission to deliver excellent quality services and smooth performance. As such, Asso.subsea was born. The prefix ‘Asso’ stands for ‘Associated’ as a whole and it symbolizes our connection with our past as previously ‘Assodivers’ (Associated Divers). Furthermore, it symbolizes our line of business of connecting points and places, as well as the way we would like our current and future customers and co-operators to see us and that is as partners and companions in business. Finally, the suffix ‘.subsea’ stands for the field we are specialized in and that is the primary area of our operation all these years.
Taking this approach of re-branding, to bring the design more in line with the aesthetics and portray flexibility, we have also designed a new logo for Asso. You can say goodbye to the blue and yellow (or white for the last 10 years) arrow or boat’s sail or diver’s glove or something else that everyone might be seeing differently all this time. The old logo was created 44 years ago along with some funny hand drawn cartoons which were actually used as promoting material for many years. It worked for a long time and we are very sad to see it go. However, we are even more excited to bring in the new, as change is beneficial and necessary.
The new Asso logo represents change, growth, movement and a brighter tomorrow. The new design swaps the complicated looking structure with a gradient of blue colours and more minimalist look. The use of light colour ‘blue’ at the start to the deep ‘blue’ at the end indicates the transformation that we are focusing on. This transformation implies everywhere from our internal strategy to the use of our services by customers and finally by end users where they see the benefits of the innovation and the future.
With this, we aim to present ourselves better and provide better services in times to come.
We have already begun the process of switching out the old with the new and we expect to be fully transformed within the next months. The task is big and includes updates to all our documents, uniforms, systems, business cards, means and equipment etc with the new name and logo. We realize that changing branding is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalize it gradually.
